<p>Trotse ma-oomblike is &#8216;n gróót voorreg! Vanaand het my hart se punt vir homself <em>protein pancakes </em> gemaak. Die maklikste resep denkbaar:</p>

<p>Hy het dit bedien met grondboontjiebotter op elkeen, bloubessies tussen elke laag,  bo op piesangs gesny met stroop bo oor. Dit lyk <em>yummy</em>!</p>
